Meet the Team

Mike Aug began his career in the entertainment industry at the age of 16, providing audio services in the Baltimore/Washington DC area. By age 20, he had already toured the US and Europe several times as an audio engineer and tour manager. 

Throughout his career, Mike has designed and implemented production packages for everything from a custom art display commemorating the anniversary of the I Have a Dream speech, to a 500,000-person religious gathering with a variety of national acts and satellite feeds.

Mike’s expertise includes: Production and Project Management, Technical Direction, site design and onsite coordination, stage and structure design, scheduling, labor and vendor negotiation and management, and venue relations and compliance.  His vast experience has been utilized for the Capital Pride Festival in Washington, DCProject Manager for the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards Remote Shoot featuring the Jonas Brothers, Technical Coordinator for all official outdoor events and, simultaneously, Production Manager for the Welcome Concert at the Lincoln Memorial during the 58th Presidential Inauguration and Technical Director for the Proctor & Gamble Clean Power Plan Launch.

Mike holds numerous certifications related to events and event safety. He is an active member of the ESTA-Technical Standards Program. Is a contributor to the 2nd Edition of the Event Safety Guide, as well as contributor to two published ANSI standards.

Due to his extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of capacities, Mike has been requested as an expert witness for event-related lawsuits. From audio to lighting, structural design to site design and production management, there’s not much Mike can’t do to safely produce an event, regardless of size. 

 

Brian Linnemann is a seasoned technical production professional with more than 20 years in the event industry. Having worked in nearly every technical role on a production site, he brings the versatility to step into—and lead—any skilled technician position with immediate effectiveness.

As an accomplished Production Manager and Technical Director, Brian has a knack for quickly diagnosing, adapting to, and resolving complex production challenges. He consistently delivers outstanding results across higher education, concert, and corporate events, regularly surpassing client expectations while keeping teams motivated and focused.
